Good job Pistol.  The one year imark is a big thing, at least mentally.  I've never done any martial arts, but I would worry that I'd throw something out.  Hopefully not the hip.

Congrats Pete, your comment about 6 more months at the one year mark sounds right for me too.  I'm doing great but realize the soft tissue is still healing for sure.

It takes more time than I thought to recover from this op! I'm still getting soft tissue upsets but I'm confident they will go away eventually
