Hippy birthday to Bilateralbliss's twins and myself.

One year since surgery for us both.

Bit achey today but had three hard days at work on the trot with long hours on my feet lots of twisting and turning. Up and down stairs shifting beer barrels and boxes of wine.

Got my check up in January because that will be a year since fracture so I think I might claim an extra Birthday out of that one.

Careful on those beer and wine related stresses, maybe some breaks to lighten the load from the barrels and cases might help  :).

Yeah, good job, Jason.  No stopping you now.  Careful with the barrels though, heavy crap.  BTW - I'm picking up a half barrel (US) this afternoon for our office party.  Even with the new hips, I ask for help lifting.  Don't need to get a prosthetic back anytime soon.
