Surgeon strength

Anyone have any idea how strong or good of shape a surgeon would have to be when dealing with large muscle/boned patients.  Dislocating the joint, reaming the head off and hammering the femoral component can not be an easy job especially when your dealing with precision.  Maybe there are a lot of assistance?

From the videos I've seen the assistants do most of the dislocation etc but it's all technique rather than brute strength

The dislocation is actually pretty easy.

Start the below video at around 1:30 and watch him dislocate.

Warning, if you have not had this surgery yet don't watch it.

Notice nobody is grunting as they dislocate the joint.
