Cross country skiing - back after a year off - big smile

We finally have got some snow here in Cleveland. Went skiing for for first time after taking a winter off. Wow - what a difference in my ability to stop - snow plow. Managed a couple of hills I would havewalked down 2 years ago. Had my first fall and no pain. Skied 3 short days to get back in to the motion and exercise. Love this sport.

Ross - thanks an yes I will be - to much effort getting stronger/better to mess it up now - good advise
