Well it's been 6 mos since getting my right BHR. The recovery is going great. Was able to hike
mt washington (8.4miles) a week prior to the 6 mos mark and that went great. No pain on ascent or descent via the lion's head winter trail. The training on the stepper and treadmill definitely paid off. Alot of bridges and hip stabilizing excercises as well.
