Doctor appointment 7/11

Thank everyone so much for the help with the groin pain!  I used quite a few techniques and they helped very much.

Now, I'm having back and butt pain on the right side and goes down that leg where my hip was resurfaced in 2005.  It's kind of a burning sensation as well as an ache.

None of my usual coping skills are working (ibuprofen, stretching exercises, etc.)  I am fine as long as I am moving, but night time sleeping or sitting for long periods are awful!

My right knee also seems to giving me trouble (as a result of the hip/back problem)? 

I can't get into my doctor until 7/11---until then I am willing to try anything and everything to alleviate this pain!  Walking is great, but I can't walk all night long!
