Glad it was nothing serious but I'm sure it caused a lot of anxiety.
Somedays it's baby steps, somedays it's leaps and bounds. I noticed major improvements at 2 weeks and six weeks. Otherwise steady and slow.  I am coming up on 12 weeks and feel like I am turning another positive corner. Keep going...it gets better.
