Thanks for all the posts! I was only crossing the unoperated leg (or rather the two years [tomorrow] past operated leg) so figured that was ok. Honestly I have it crossed right now... It just gets really old being in the same position for too long. Something you don't think about pre-surgery.

Just to update: I have not had that crazy pain yesterday or today. I took it really easy for two days and that seems to have reset things, knock on wood.
