55 ks on bike @ 5 months post surgery

Bike fit today and a beautiful Autumn day here in Southern Australia. Thought i would bite the bullet and go out for a ride. Hip felt great and now pleasantly tired. It's great to ride pains free.great forecast for rest of the week so some shorter rides ahead depending on how I pull up tomorow.Once I am off the warfarin in 3 months time it will be so much better.Riding very very carefully

Biggest issue is toughening up my sit bones. Am finding it a tad uncomfortable on the bike seat.
