I'm baaaack

I've been away for quite awhile now,
thought I was through with yous,
but I'm back to Surface Hippy now,
though not the way I'd choose.

The left side that had hurt me so,
was fixed as good as new,
I was so happy 2 plus years ago,
I felt that I was through.

But the right sides now hurts me some,
I'm all limpy and no fun.
When the 20th of October comes
gonna fix "the other one".

All I can do is cheer
For your new hip today
so it will get you on your way

Recovery is hard, I'm sure you know
But in this you really do reap what you sow
rest and walk stretch and drink
and the good days will return quicker than you think

Sorry to hear you had go get a second one but aren't you so glad there is a good fix and we don't have to live with pain.
