How did I get this far

I have just watched the video on The McMinn Centre website of my brother and I. I am genuinely shocked. It is the first time I have seen my before and after xrays like that. I paused the video to compare and was gobsmacked. What is holding my hip together? Feels good most of the time get the odd twinge. But now I see why I should not be fine. Scary stuff. Please freeze the video and look.
