Three Years

Just a quick post on three-year anniversary...

Had my hip done by Derek McMinn in December 2011.

- pretty much no limitations
- no limp
- working out roughly 40 hours per month
- diverse program includes: run, bike, swim, weights, ski and surf
- Strength and ROM actually continuing to improve -- even after three years
- zero complications
- 100% satisfied

Thats AWESUM news . Feel like its given me a massive boost in confidence and abilities. I am a serious triathlete , and only a mere 5 months "old" from Operation.LHBR.
