Celebrating the one year anniversary of my BHR. Can't be any happier. I workout regularly without incident, lost the 20 lbs I put on before the surgery, and live a normal life. I recommend the procedure for anyone who is suffering from excessive hip pain.

Great to hear Howie . Have to agree life post surgery especially after the first year when restrictions are lifted is so much better👍
