fused hip conversion

Lost hip at under 1 years of age due to osteomilitis, so had hip fused. Attempt at conversion at age 52, which failed, followed by ice cream cone hip prosthesis 3 months later. Having extreme problems and wondered if anyone else out there had similar experiences so that we could share, encourage and solve issues.

Sorry to hear about your problems mate. That is a new one on me. the only thing I can suggest is my standard response and that's to seek out the TOP TOP surgeons and see what they say mate.

I agree with Danny here. I'd talk to them and see what could be possible.
