7 years ago,,,, now problems?

Had Birmingham 2009 and no issues until this month. Symptom feels like a very bad charley horse burning sensation down leg. Cannot put any weight or walk when this occurs. Discomfort overnight. Made appointment to get it checked out and blood work. I had total hip replacement done on right side and it had to be revised already due to surgeon putting it at a 50 degree angle and the cup came off. Not looking forward to 4th surgery in 7 years at age of 47. Seems to be a nightmare that never ends.
