Karlos Bell AND Pat Walker.. I'm back. And moving forward again. My question to both of you is this: Has Smith and Nephew not made an out loud message that NO women of any age risk a BHR? Thank you

:o Hi CWG . Different opinions. Check out Conserve Plus they don't have an issue with women. The issue probably is law suits in the USA! 8)

Hi

Smith & Nephew's original statement is here:

http://surfacehippy.info/smith-nephew-removes-small-sized-bhrs-from-market-and-no-longer-recommend-use-in-females/

Dr. Su still offers the BHR to women and small men. Here is his statement:

http://surfacehippy.info/dr-su-responds-to-hip-resurfacing-for-women-small-men/

All the high volume surgeons have excellent outcomes with the BHR for all patients.  Here is a selection of surgeons comments about hip resurfacing for women and small men:

I hope that helps.
