Hey everyone,

I am just over three months since I had my resurfacing.  I am walking for long periods of time, doing some "hiking" (mostly stairs) and some basic exercises to get the muscles back to normal.  I am able to get my knee closer to my chest than a few weeks ago.

I still have groin pain, which I feel is due to my torn adductors, which I will see a specialist about in 2 months time.

I had one post-op visit 2 weeks after surgery; I wondering when I should get another x-ray of my hip, as I traveled for the surgery and I am not near my surgeon?  Was it around 3 months or 6 months for most of you?

Thanks
