Is there someone out there who is covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield (Federal employees-Basic) and who has had a recent hip resurface with Dr. Gross?  Can you tell me how much your out-of-pocket costs were for Dr. Gross and for the Midlands surgery center?  What about Lee's fee?
