Prothesis size?

Curious what size prothesis you all got?  Mine is a 50mm head with a 56mm cup (both hips)
Male, 6'1'' (185cm) age mid 30's, active/very active, surfing and watersports.

Should add - had previous surgery to correct femoro-acetabular impingement (fai) that left me with reduced femoral neck diameter which may be why I got a smaller prothesis size.

How do they size these things?

60/54 mm.  5 ft 10 1/2 in, 180 lbs, age 70, active skiing, hunting, hiking and swimming.

52mm head, 58mm shell.

5 foot 11, 180 lbs. Lots of bone! 53 at time of op (13 months ago).

Ran down a small mountain for first time yesterday….a little sore today
