Looking to have my left hip done.  Had Dr. Rector do the first one.  Was able to get back to racing the bike at a Pro/Elite level shortly after (even at 54 yrs old).  But, he's fazing out, and I don't want to go that far this time around.  Dr. Callander is much closer.  Anyone have any experience, good or bad, with him?  Would love to have people email me their opinions.
