Hip implant choices

Hello All,
I am logging considerable time on surfacehippy reading everything avilable.
I appreciate all the information from all the contributors.
I have had hip pain for 20+ years but waited until 2011 to have xrays which showed BL absence of cartilage and OA. After years of aggressive exercise and yoga, surgery is not far off for me.
Current implants I see being used are MoM, CoP and CoC in South Africa.
Being in the US I am looking for any information on the CoP implants and how people who have them are faring.
