Patricia, thank you so much for your excellent website. I joined surfacehippy over 20 years ago when gathering info about my hip surgery. I had my hip resurfaced at JRI by Dr Schmalzreid , I was 50 Years old .
Now, almost 20 years later I’m still going strong . Hikes and challenging walks everyday, strength training and cycling.
