Anyone had psoas release surgery????

Still struggling with impingement on my BHR hip. Ultrasound showed psoas tendinopathy and cortisone injection provided some relief to feeling of tightness in my groin and hip flexor.

Have been put forward for arthroscopic surgery, but with the warning that there there's a chance I may not improve and could actually get worse.

Would like to hear other people's stories who have gone through something similar please...

Josh- sorry to hear this.  i am not a BHR prosthesis and am able to keep my psoas stretched.  Hope you find relief.  Have stretching/yoga/PT provided none?
