Hip Resurfacing Doctors in MN or Travel to IL

Hello,

I'm 45 and considering hip resurfacing and live in the Minneapolis, MN area. I don't see any MN Dr. listed in the recommended DR page;

Would you recommend me staying local (MN) even if there is not a Dr. with large numbers of resurfacing or is it better to say travel the 6 hours to Chicago, IL (which has a few recommended Dr.)?

If staying local.....
Other than calling and asking each office is there a way/resource to find out how many hip resurfacing procedures MN doctors have done to compare en mass and come up with one or two to go see?
