Hippy 5th Anniversary to me...

5 years seems to have flown by since my hip resurfacing, my advice to anyone who has been told to live with it as long as possible is

...don't

...the extended rehab needed to correct the adverse effects of 'living with it' took me ages, worse than the operation itself.

Also don't worry about the Op, you'll be off your cadoobah on drugs when it happens...I know I was 🤣

Currently cycling, walking, gym...ing and working an exertive manual job..and thankfully it's all good. Remember post op rehab is an absolute must do, don't skip it stop it or put it off til later....your recovery will be all the better for it...
