The Course was fantastic and I learned a lot.  It was a honor to be with some of the most experinced hip resurfacing surgeons in the world.  I will post my review shortly.  I had the honor of meeting Mr. McMinn and recived a signed copy of his new Hip Resurfacing Book from him.
