weird "warm water sensation" in non-op leg and foot
« on: February 19, 2011, 10:03:31 AM »
This is a weird one..and may not be anything to do with the op, but for a couple of days Ive been getting a strange sensation in my non-op leg and foot. It feels like my foot has been put into a very warm bowl of water. The sensation can last for seconds or minutes..then it goes for a few minutes..and then comes back.

Any ideas??

LOL...28 views and no replies...guess its just me then  ;D

To be honest Im begining to think its connected to my disc problem...its the same leg...and seems to travel from that buttock down to my foot..ah well

I would check with your doctor, but your guess about a defered feeling could be it, the back can do some strange things to your lower extreties.

A friend of mine is going into hospital on Wednesday to have a disc trimmed as it pushes on his nerves quite badly...anyway, talking to him today and I mentioned the warm water feeling..and he has it too. Apparently its quite common with disc problems. So it is my disc...if it doesnt go by the time I am due to see my surgeon in April,I will tell him.
