My recovery has been coming along.  Of course not as fast as my alpha male personality wishes.  I have tried to slowly get my knee up but everytime I just end up torqueing my knee and causing knee pain.

Any ideas on my working hip rotation?  I do have a strong young son that can help if need be.

Lie on your back, draw your knees up with your feet together but still on the floor, and then let your knees rotate outwards slowly, as low as they will go, then draw your knees together again. Do three set of twenty every day along with the rest of your PT.

Having read your other thread that you are only four weeks out, then don't do this.

Don't worry about rotation. I have found that of all movements, my rotation has increased the most. But it is a continual process over many month. You should start stretching gradually.
