How long until you were able to wear high heal shoes?

I'm wondering when it is ok to dump the flats.

Let's see..."high heal" shoes.  Are those something you have to get through your doctor?  Do they promote a speedier recovery?

As far as "high heel" shoes go, I haven't ever worn those in public.

I think Aerial spoke about when she got going in heels, she's probably more of an authority than Bruce.
