Way to go, Dave!  You are right on track

I on the other hand have been slacking off working on my upstate house.  I just finished the exterior and the electrical is 90% complete.  I have the 6 Hours of Cathedral Pines mountain bike race coming up on my one year anniversary.  I'm feeling pretty good about it.  I was over there for a four hour ride and everything felt great.

David, that's great!  How old are you?  I imagine you are winning some age-group awards with that kind of pace.
