ceramic on metal BMHR mid-head resection

Hi,does anyone know if any surgeons in the USA perform ceramic on metal BMHR mid-head resection or BHR revision surgery?

No surgeons in the us use the BMHR.  A few years ago, there were suppose to be trials, but they were cancelled.  You have to go overseas to get a BMHR or a ceramic on ceramic hip resurfacing by Mr. McMinn.  Dr. Bose of India, Mr. McMinn and several German surgeons
