Hi all...

Been on the lay low with family issues, life and death and such...Just did a 5k today 6:38 pace...no training, heart rate was through the roof but hip was great...doing a 12 hour adventure race next week...then start training for NYC Marathon...goal is to break 3:20...My 3 year anniversary is coming up in August...Hope you all are well...Best...David

Adventure race went well...11+ hours of running, biking, paddling, orienteering...zero issues with the hip...
