muscle soreness
« on: November 29, 2014, 12:47:37 PM »
Had RT hip done in late April of this year and Lt hip done in early June.  Doing very well these days as far as walking all day with no pain in joint areas.  My question to fellow hippies is did you have a deep down soreness in buttock muscles for awhile?  This muscle soreness is the only symptom I have at this point.  Thanks Jerry

so if it is scar tissue is this soreness permanent or will it improve over time or with the right exercises?

will try a foam roller with hard knobs on it to see about breaking some of it down.

You don't have to put in the extra knobs. A regular roller will do quite well.
