Dr. Christopher Cox of California Pacific Orthopaedic in San Francisco indicated to me he has over 75 BHR's and was trained in Birmigham, England along with Dr. Gilbert of the same practice. I had my BHR on May 12, 2008 and no problems.

What a great relief to see so many of you have found the right doctor and are proceeding with fast recovery! 

I am considering resurfacing vs. THR and Dr. Cox in San Francisco has been highly recommended.  Has anyone had Dr. Cox in San Francisco?  How about in the Bay Area?  Juan
