How soon for Massage?
« on: June 16, 2015, 09:34:10 AM »
I know a good massage can break down scar tissue and help in recovery but checking if anyone has any feedback how soon this can be done? I had my BHR May 22, 2015.

Thanks

I didn't have any restrictions from my surgeon. I went at 4 months post surgery twice a week for two weeks. It really helped to loosen up the tightness in my adductors and hip flexors.
