6 1/2 month update

I am nearing in on 7 months since my surgery and am pleased with the functionality i have to this point.  I played squash yesterday for the first time (a sport i used to play competitively in the age brackets prior to arthritis) and could actually play pretty well.  I was quite surprised and delighted.  So in the past month i have played hockey (with a safety vest - to avoid people hitting me :)), been doing spin classes, skied and now squash.  Just before getting surgery I couldn't do any of those things.

So far so good.
