I read the article, but didn't actually see what type of surgery Libby underwent for her torn labrum(s). I'm not sure she underwent hip resurfacing. Perhaps there are more articles out there which discuss this in more detail. It's good to see she recovered nicely though.

Yeah, I don't think she had hip resurfacing, either. The title is "Resurfacing After Surgery..." I suspect this is meant in the coming-to-the-surface meaning, and a slight play on resurfacing in the water, and not for her type of surgery at all.
