pain and discomfort post bilateral bhr several years ago.

Hello all,I am new to this site and looking for any advice on my bilateral bhr problem.In March 2008 i had my left done at the Royal orthopaedic hospital in Birmingham,England followed by my right in September 2010.I have had very little problems with them until around March this year.Although i have no restricted movement or audible noise from the hips,i am experiencing pain and discomfort mostly to the outside of both hips.It is like having a tingling and smarting sensation all around my pelvis.I have had an x ray on hips at hospital and results show no problem.I have requested a referal to the royal orthopaedic for blood test for blood ions level and ultrasound.The last follow up appointment i had was in June 2015.If anyone has experienced a similar problem,please reply,best regards Shogun95.
