I have a question for others who may have had other orthopedic or other surgeries following there HR. I am going to need my right shoulder scoped at some point this summer - it has been bothering me on and off for about a year and now that I had the left one done in October the right one has gotten alot worse (initially the left was so painful that the right was barely noticeable). I wasn't sure about the risk of infection with the new implant so I am assuming I would need to wait at least 3 or 4 months but does anyone know if there is a general guideline? I remember reading about one surface hippy who had his shoulder done only 6 weeks after his BHR but that seems a little soon. At the same time, if I am going to be sidelined from the roadbike until July because of Dr. Gross' 6 month rule on biking outside, I may as well get my shoulder done in that time frame too.
