Hi all,  I have been responding to someone who in posting on a triathlon website that he is getting a total hip replacement at the Rothman Institute and he wants to resume his triathlon and running career afterward.  His doctor told him that he will be running as well as ever in 10 months, and he doesn't know what he is getting.  Is there an established HR doctor in the Philadelphia area that I can recommend?

Ahh,  nevermind.  He doesn't want to hear about it.  He will have a THR, then his doctor will tell him he can only run 1 or 2 miles a week.  Too bad.

 :D Thanks Wood Stock. Hey there are all sorts in life but he needs to do his home work...  I would never contemplate running with a THR due the mechanics of it don't look a hell of a great. Yep that is too bad if he is not open minded enough to look around....
