Cold foot

Anyone else have/had a problem with the foot on the surgical side feeling cold? I'm just over 1 week post op and have noticed that I have the sensation of the surgical side foot being cold and can feel a difference in temp between the two feet. I called into the doctor and they said (Dr. Su's service) that as long as there is no pain in the foot it's probably the nerves not working correctly yet, if it continues to call again on Monday, if pain starts get to my local ER. I haven't noticed anyone mention a cold foot.
