Okay I have watched the first few  after surgery.  I would love to hear hippies that have gone through the rehab comment on how this compares to their rehab.  This seems like a great series to give an idea of what to expect.

Timing and restrictions are a little different from mine (less time and restrictions to reach specific milestones). The feelings and exercises are very similar, as is the progression. I never used a walker at home, went to crutches and from there to walking. The home PT looks very similar.
