In have spent 45 years of my life passionately involved in rock climbing, Mountaineering and skiing in Britain, the Alps and Himalayas. In recent years I have concentrated mostly on caving. Since I started to develop OA in my right hip my activity level had dropped off considerably though I could still do some caves as long as they were not too far from the road!
Now I am 4 weeks post op with my new BHR and am looking forward to getting underground again.
Are there any other cavers out there with hip replacements? I would love to swap experiences.
