Heading to Chicago for a few days with the family, then race in Michigan this Sunday.
Feeling good and very psyched to see how the hip will feel running 13.1 after a hard 56 mile bike.
Every intention to walk a bit if I am sore, but who am I kidding.
Will be thinking about all of you hippies and will let you know how it went.
