Seasons Changing - out with summer and now its winter

Changing seasons - some people change clothes, others change what they eat, some stay home, others visit warm locations.

In my house we change the toys - off with the bike rack (carry them in the van to keep the salt off) and on with the ski toy box. Keep stretching and exercising. Get out, enjoy and play.

After having both hips replaced by Dr Brooks my only comment is "thanks"
