Need help update

I just got a cat scan.  The office said that I have a tubular soft tissure structure measuring 6cm in lenght and 1.5 cm thickness extending from the right anterolateral rectal region along the posterior medial right thigh.  I also have a small intramuscular myolipoma in the proximal right vastus laterlalis muscle. 
Has anyone had these or have info what they mean to my hip pain?
