I have been diagnosed with moderate to severe HO. I cannot take anti-inflammatories because I'm a bariatric patient. So I'm relegated to physical therapy to maintain my range of motion. I'm  wondering if  others have experience with this so that I can understand what the implications will be for me upcoming? What have other stuff to moderate the impact of the HO?
