I am 18 weeks post op and am a bit concerned about my progress. The surgery went very well, and I was
discharged from the hospital after 2 days. I've had very little pain after the first couple days, and things seemed to be going very well. Been doing rehab exercises twice or three times daily, and following instructions re: calcium and Vit. D-3 meds. But walking today was rather painful after only approximately 5 minutes of brisk walking. I was doing upper body work with weights and riding a stationary bike, but lost some time due to being on vacation and recently had a bad cold. Anyone with similar experiences?
