Progress report,
Moved out of spare bedroom and back into my own bed.  Good move, slept pretty well.  Pain level is not too bad, down to Meloxicam and Tylenol. Celebrating being off narcotics with a MAINE Beer  “Dinner” double

Hopefully one will be okay. Gotta be better than a narcotic. I will start the walking program tomorrow, I have done my exercises as directed by Dr. Gross. So far my recovery has gone better than I thought, I have tried to really hold back on what I can do.  Past experience has taught me that if I push too hard
I will pay for it later.  It seems like most of the messages here have stressed no overdoing it.  So far so good.  :)
