Blood Flow Restriction Exercises

Hello,

Iâ€™m 3 1/2 weeks post opp from Dr. Pritchett. During my research I saw Dr. Su utilizing BFR techniques with his patients. I think Dr. Pritchett is an amazing surgeon but he pretty much leaves post op recovery to whoever your PT is. Has anyone done Dr. Suâ€™s recovery plan and or used BFR cuffs or voodoo bands? If so how much and how long after surgery?

My current PT has me doing glute bridges 3x/day with reps of 30-15-15-15, I rest for 60sec-30,30 between sets. Voodoo band stays on whole time wrapped around my groin (careful not to overlap incision.)
